5. Methodology

Note: information relevant for the ERS only

The ATS requests that all applicants review the document development video available under this link: https://www.thoracic.org/statements/document-development/.

6. Timeline and meetings

Note: timeline will be adjusted upon approval from the leading society.

Activity Expected completion date

Please list below the most important meetings of your project. For each of them, in the relevant box, please provide an approximative date. The description of the meeting should include the list of presentations with timeline and the suggested speakers.

7. Patient input

If patient involvement is required, task force chairs must consider how patients/patient organisations could be involved. We recommend contacting ELF (info@europeanlung.org) to discuss before submitting your application. Costs related to patient involvement in task force meetings should be included in the application. Check the ELF process diagram for further information on the ways that patients can be involved.

8. Budget

IMPORTANT: ERS and ATS have different process with regard to budget allocation. The ERS allocates a global budget at the start of the project that aims to cover all expenditures for the full duration of the TF. ATS allocates budget yearly.

See the excel file attached for the budget request table.
