The deadline to submit an application is July 31, 2024, 23:59 CEST. All applications must be submitted via the online form. Late submissions will not be accepted.
After internal reviewing, you will be notified via email that your application form can be accessed for revision from August 19, 2024 to September 2, 2024. The final date to submit your revised application is September 2, 2024 23:59 CEST.

6.1 Timeline

6.2 Meetings
Please list below the most important meetings of your project. For each of them, in the relevant box, please provide an approximative date. The description of the meeting should include the list of presentations with timeline and the suggested speakers.
If patient involvement is required, task force chairs must consider how patients/patient organisations could be involved. We recommend contacting ELF (info@europeanlung.org) to discuss before submitting your application. Costs related to patient involvement in task force meetings should be included in the application. Check the ELF process diagram for further information on the ways that patients can be involved.
IMPORTANT: ERS and ATS have different process with regard to budget allocation. The ERS allocates a global budget at the start of the project that aims to cover all expenditures for the full duration of the TF. ATS allocates budget yearly.
