DO NOT USE Welcome to the ERS/ATS Joint proposals application platform 2022.

The form is divided into sections, please complete all of them before submitting your application. You can save the form and come back to it at anytime using the login details in your notification email. Kindly note that once you submit your application you will not be able to modify it before it is internally reviewed by both societies. The deadline to submit an application is August 2, 2022, 23:59 CEST. All applications must be submitted via the online form. Late submissions will not be accepted.

After internal reviewing, you will be notified via email that your application form can be accessed for revision from August 31, 2022 to September 21, 2022. The final date to submit your revised application is September 21, 2022 23:59 CEST.

7. Patient input

If patient involvement is required, task force chairs must consider how patients/patient organisations could be involved. We recommend contacting ELF (info@europeanlung.org) to discuss before submitting your application. Costs related to patient involvement in task force meetings should be included in the application. Check the ELF process diagram for further information on the ways that patients can be involved.

8. Budget

IMPORTANT: ERS and ATS have different process with regard to budget allocation. The ERS allocates a global budget at the start of the project that aims to cover all expenditures for the full duration of the TF. ATS allocates budget yearly.
